Dinner at Amedeo in Rome, Italy was the perfect way to end a rather long day with refreshing, delicious Italian cuisine
After a failed planned meetup with my travel friend at a place that ended up being closed for vacation, I found myself wandered around Rome Termini, looking for a place that sparked my interest. Checking Trip Advisor, one restaurant popped up on my radar: Amedeo.
Exhausted from such a tried hot day, I only wanted two things: air conditioning and good food.
I started with PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA SANT’ILARIO 30 MESI E MOZZARELLA DI BUFALA (Cured 30 month Sant’llario Parma ham & fresh buffalo mozzarella) alongside a LIMONCELLO SPRITZ.
A serving of the CACIO E PEPE CON TONNARELLO FATTO IN CASA C E MISCELA DI PEPI PREGIATI (Fresh house made tonnarello pasta with pecorino cheese & mix of selected coarse ground pepper) came as my main dish.
Which was, absolutely delicious. It was simple brilliance.
I finished with the tiramisu and a complimentary house serving of a shot of Limoncello.
It was a perfect day to end a very long and hot day in Rome.
