“The Book of HOV” Retrospective at the Brooklyn Library

Walking through and experiencing the "The Book of HOV" exhibition at the Brooklyn Library was a brilliant testimony to what happens when you fully embody the creative force of Art.

There are some experiences that are simply hard to put into words. The Book of HOV at the Brooklyn Library was a magnificent retrospective of the life and times of Sean Carter.

I walked to the exhibit from the Spike Lee: Creative Sources Retrospective at the Brooklyn Museum. Walking past the Brooklyn Botanic Garden offered me a visual pause for what was to come.

There’s not really much to say that can be encompassed by mere words. Walking the halls of the Brooklyn Library and feeling the powerful presence of creativity that cultivated JAY Z’s masterful use of his craft.

It was simply the fullest extension of Art. Art with a capital A. The force that drives New York and pulsates through music. It was incredible and I am greatly honored to be able to view it.

It was truly an incredible, well done, inspiriting and deeply motivating exhibit. It was an incredible honor to walk, reflect and experience the retrospective.
