Momofuku Las Vegas was a great stop for dinner in Las Vegas, Nevada

In the bustling heart of the Las Vegas Strip, amidst the dazzling lights and vibrant energy, lies a culinary oasis that transcends mere dining—it is an immersive journey into the visionary world of Momofuku.

Momofuku’s story is one of innovation, passion, and boundless creativity. Founded by the visionary chef David Chang, Momofuku has garnered global acclaim for its bold reinterpretation of Asian cuisine, marrying traditional flavors with modern techniques to create dishes that are at once familiar and daringly inventive.

We began our dinner with an order of the iconic PORK BELLY BUNS (hoisin, scallion, cucumber), a signature dish that has become synonymous with the Momofuku experience.

We then continued with an order of the TINGLY GARLIC FRIES (jalapeno, cilantro, chili mayo) alongside the WATERMELON & CUCUMBER (fish sauce vinaigrette, herbs).

I devoured the CRISPY LAMB RIBS (chile yogurt, tingly salt, cilantro) as my main dish. Which was absolutely delicious.

However, my partner’s GLAZED HERITAGE PORK (fish sauce vinaigrette, black lime, herbs) did need to be sent back to be cooked for an additional few minutes. Which was absolutely no problem.

As a condolence, we also received the SUMMER SUCCOTASH (Benton’s bacon, roasted onion, miso butter).

Overall, we were incredibly satisfied with our meal.

And the bidets at the bathroom were a little taste of Japan – in Las Vegas.
