After appetizers at Best Friend and tequila at Mama Rose, it was time for us to enjoy the main course of the evening: dinner at Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar.


I started with the MANHATTAN (High West Double Rye, Sweet red vermouth, bitters).


The OYSTERS were delicious and my favorite segway into the outstanding CLASSIC RIBEYE – CHICAGO CUT with a side of BRUSSELS SPROUTS.


This was the best end to one of my most favorite weekends in Las Vegas.
