Conversation Kitchen & Bar at the Thompson Seattle is a solid dining option for in-hotel dining in Downtown Seattle.
Often, hotel breakfasts are boring AF. Not with Hyatt Hotels. Staying at the Thompson Seattle hotel was nothing short of impressive. Especially, factoring breakfast at Conversation Kitchen & Bar.
Entering the dining area, I was pleased. The interior was beautifully designed. For my first breakfast at Conversation Kitchen and Bar, I ordered a SMOKED HAM MELT (bacon, tomato, arugula, cheddar, sourdough, breakfast potatoes) with a SIDE OF FRUIT with COFFEE and ORANGE JUICE. Every bite was well seasoned and perfect for a cold winter day.
For breakfast the next morning, I tried something different. The SMOKED SALMON LOX (herbed cream cheese, capers, balsamic onions, choice of plain or everything bagel) hit my Pacific Northwest breakfast craving with every bite.
In my opinion, Conversation Kitchen & Bar is a great choice for a sit down breakfast in Downtown Seattle – regardless of if you’re staying at the Thompson Seattle or not.
