Honestly, one of the best joys of stopping at John F Kennedy airport is stopping at the The Centurion Lounge, by American Express, in Terminal 4.
It’s a cozy lounge, with wifi, high brow complimentary drinks and good food.
On my most recent trip from Paris to New York, I had the opportunity to stop by and try the Equinox lab. Using the leg compression sleeves was a game changer. It released the pressure in my legs from my flight and refreshed my mind as well.
Travel Tips
- Tip: if you are in Terminal four, the lounge is DIRECTLY TO THE LEFT of security.
- If you want to book the Equinox lab, book it immediately as you enter. It books up fast. I highly suggest getting a massage, using the compression sleeves or meditating.
