Mini Model by Model Bakery

Finally being able to go Mini Model by Model Bakery in Yountville gave me a delicious treat of a pipping hot muffin on a beautiful brisk day.

There is something deliciously distinct about hot and fresh English muffins on a crisp autumn morning. Especially, with butter and jam.

Meeting up with Bryan, so many years after high school, he spoke extremely highly of Model Bakery’s delicious goods. What stood out the most was how highly he spoke of the English muffins.

Honestly, the first time I heard it, I was skeptical. How could a company build such a cult following over an English muffin?

 

Yeah, my skeptical ass was handed to me when Sara, Bryan and I walked from Bouchon bakery to the across the street location of Mini Model by Model Bakery.

A pipping hot ENGLISH MUFFIN with BUTTER AND JAM on a cool day just plays the strings of pleasure so well.

It was just decadent.
