Meeting Leanne in Burbank at The Palm Coffee Bar to discuss art show related items has become an awesome habit. So, when it was time to plan our next artist showcase, we of course, met at our usual spot.

For this visit, I ordered the  BLUEBERRY MATCHA LATTE . Plus, because I heard the barista and the people in front of me raving about it, I ordered the SCALLION PANCAKE MORNING BUN (Danish filled with sesame cream cheese and sauteed scallions, finished with caramelized soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds and fresh scallions) from Sugarbloom Bakery.

Each item was delicious and really rocked the vibe of conversation and relaxing in Burbank.

Previously, after a successful inaugural event (Pathways of Nature, December 2023), it was time once again to meet Leanne to converse about organizing another artist showcase at The Landing, once more.

Because I knew Leanne would bike over, I picked the Palm Coffee Bar. I’d previously been there and had a great time with Kay and knew that it would be a perfect spot.

I ordered a BLUEBERRY MATCHA LATTE with a SPINACH & CHEESE DANISH (sautéed spinach with mozzarella, provolone, romano, asiago, parmesan and mascarpone cheeses, along with caramelized onions).

The latte was absolutely delicious and well balanced in blueberry sweetness to coffee taste.

As we sat on the sidewalk, I enjoyed the light traffic on Magnolia Blvd and the vibes of the Palm Coffee Bar.

It was a delicious start to a spontaneously creative day.
