I couldn’t say the first time I visited Copa Vida. I’ve enjoyed so many cups of coffee and conversations within the walls of its Pasadena location over the years.

This time, after a delicious post work sandwich at Tartine Pasadena, I knew I wanted to find a place to just sit, write and enjoy the winter rain.

The choice was easy. Copa Vida on Raymond Street, for the win.

I had a LAVENDER LATTE and sipped it over the course of the afternoon.

Combined with the focused atmosphere of work, it was a vibe that I loved.

And have loved, over the years.
