Vinnie’s Pizzaria

Vinnie’s Pizzaria

The perfect conclusion to a great weekend in New York? Slices of delicious NY style pizza from a Brooklyn neighborhood institution.

When I visit New York, I usually try and cross off two very important items off my To Eat list: a delicious chewy bagel and a fat ass slice of pizza. As I’d already spent the morning at the Empire State Building and the 200 Trunks, 200 Visionaries: The Exhibition by Louis Vuitton, I just wanted an easy to access, post packing treat.

I asked the front desk at The Hoxton for recommendations for a pizza spot within walking distance from the hotel. The immediate answer? Walk a few blocks to Vinnie’s Pizzaria.

I’m glad I did. I ordered the MEAT THE PARENTS (Pepperoni, sausage, bacon, extra mozzarella) and the classic PEPPERONI.

Each bite was even better than the next. The crust was crispy thin. The temperature was pipping hot on a brisk December day. It was exactly what I asked for – and recieved.

There was literally no other way I wanted to say goodbye to New York.
