The Knoll Hotel Napa Valley, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The Knoll Hotel combines modern comfort with wine country charm, offering a comfortable stay near Napa and Yountville's top winery destinations

After a wonderful afternoon of wine tasting at Cakebread Cellars, it was a pleasure to check into The Knoll Hotel in Napa Valley.

On previous visits to the area, I had stayed at Alila Napa Valley and Andaz Napa, but this time, I wanted to explore a different side of Napa.

The Knoll Hotel, part of the Tapestry Collection, did just that.

Once inside the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere.

My room was stylish, and most importantly, comfortable. The bed was perfect for sinking into after a day of driving, exploring and indulging.

Parking was a nominal $18 per night—an eye-roll moment, but ultimately not a dealbreaker.

One of my favorite moments was unwinding in the lobby bar, sipping a cocktail while getting some writing in. The space felt refined yet cozy, with thoughtful design details, including a fireplace that added to the inviting atmosphere.

The hotel’s location was another standout feature. It was conveniently situated between my dinner destination for the evening, Scala Osteria, and Journey Coffee, where I met Bryan for a morning conversation. Plus, it was an easy drive back to Oakland, where I met my friend Margaret for lunch at Parche.

Overall, my stay at The Knoll Hotel was a sold experience. It offered a comfortable and stylish stay at a reasonable price.
