One of the things I REALLY enjoyed about walking around Sayulita was this iguana tree. I literally looked up and saw iguanas - in a tree! I also greatly appreciated the bilingual informational sign about the significance of the tree to the iguanas of the town.

You don't see that everyday in Los Angeles!

One day, I decided that I was going to leave Haram

One day, I decided that I was going to leave Haramara and venture down to the town of Sayuilta. My eyes were not disappointed. Even though I got this shot from one of my many “wrong turns” on my way to the currency exchange.

But like many times in life, sometimes a wrong turn really is the right one.

Another aspect that I loved about staying at Haramara was the section of fresh fruit, yogurt and granola during breakfast, daily. Juicy, fresh and delicious, this morning food routine inspired me toward making better changes in my morning routine at home.

I truly enjoyed capturing this moment. The beach at Haramara was such a lovely space to explore, breathe relax and simply be in the present moment.

In reflection, I believe the birds remind me of the forward motion of time. Truly, the concept of time is what you make it. You can see a whole moment of existence, reflected in mere minutes that your toes are in sand.
