A table for four at Here's Looking At You offered exquisite cuisine in a vibrant atmosphere in Koreatown, in Los Angeles, California
One beautiful evening in Los Angeles, I found myself at a table of four at Here’s Looking at You.
We started with the SPROUTED BROCCOLI (ginger, h.o.p., seeds, nuts), the HAMACHI (wakame, white soy, serrano chili, kiwi) and the MOMOTARO TOMATO (bagna cauda, lap xuong, crème fraîche, herbs).
Next up, came the HERITAGE PORK BELLY (nam iin, key lime), with the HALF DUCK CONFIT. Both were absolutely incredible. The flavors were divine.
The height of dinner, the 30-DAY DRY-AGED BONE-IN RIBEYE (charred korean green chiles, black pepper sauce) was spicy, brilliant and well layered in flavor.
For dessert, we ordered and shared the ROASTED CHESTNUT MOCHI. It was *chef’s kiss*.
Overall, dinner at Here’s Looking at You was a joy.
It was such a vibrant place to eat, converse with friends and enjoy the evening.
