Quarter Sheets Pizza Club offers exceptionally delicious pizza, with a variety of on going choices, in Echo Park, California

It was a casual day in Los Angeles when Sara and I decided to meet up for a chill time of friendship and conversation. When she picked Quarter Sheets Pizza Club, I immediately said “Yes, please!”

I ordered a slice of the the SICILIAN CORNERS (sausage, red sauce, chili, ricotta, torpedo onion, black pepper & pecorino). Alongside, I enjoyed a glass of the  RELUSSO’S ROSSO FRIZZANTE (rose wine from Italy)

I can’t tell a lie. This was lunch perfection.

While there, I saw the staff cutting a beautiful cake in celebration of a staff member’s birthday. When I inquired about the bakery, someone told me that it was from Kassie Mendieta, from I Bake Mistakes.

Quarter Sheets Pizza Club was a delicious, straight to the point, pizza and wine vibe that I absolutely loved.

One key tip –  you can’t save seats before you order.

Follow the rules and you won’t get yelled at.
