Denver Biscuit Company at Atomic Cowboy in Golden, Colorado, is known for its oversized, fluffy biscuits served in creative dishes
When Angie suggested that I try the Denver Biscuit Company for breakfast, I had no idea how big breakfast biscuits were in the Denver metro area. Just like the Espresso Martini – biscuits have hit Denver, in the most delicious of ways.
So, before a beautiful morning of river tubing the Clear Creek river with Adventure West in Golden, I stopped by Denver Biscuit Company at Atomic Cowboy.

I order the THE K-MACK (Korean fried buttermilk chicken, toasted sesame seeds, sesame mayo, pickled daikon, shredded cabbage + green onions) biscuit with McHASHBROWNS and coffee.

The K-Mack biscuit was extremely unique and rather tasty. I enjoy the different take on biscuits- rather than the standard biscuits and gravy far I grew up with.
It was a pleasure to relax and savor the different tastes as I fueled up for the day’s adventure.
