Betterday Coffee

Grabbing a coffee and a breakfast burrito from the Betterday was the best way to finish up my trip to Sante Fe, New Mexico

Now, there are few things are delicious as a morning burrito on the way to the airport. Driving to Albuquerque for my flight, there was only one thing that I wanted – a breakfast burrito. Luckily, I happened into a conversation with a local, who suggested Betterday Coffee – just off I-25.

Now, the overall location of Betterday is super cute. It feels that it’s a good place for locals to come and enjoy their morning.

After browsing the menu, I ordered the CALIFORNIA BURRITO (Homemade flour tortilla with native raised grass-fed petite steak, fried potatoes, jack cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream). The COFFEE OF THE DAY (La Conserva: Medium/Dark. Rich, fruity, cocoa), was a great, well flavored roast.

The combination was simply perfect. The burrito was well balanced, not too salty and simply delicious.
