Breakfast at local favorite Wake Up Delicious Hanalei in Hanalei Bay offered a truly delicious breakfast, under a sky filled with rainbows
Deciding to wake up at 1Hotel Hanalei Bay and start our day early, we were inspired to venture to Hanalei Bay proper, after I received the stand out recommendation from a staff member to try Wake Up Delicious.
A short drive – and an impressive double rainbow – later, and we were in line to order at the fantastic local establishment.
I ordered a half order of the CHURRO FRENCH TOAST (Crispy fried Hawaiian rolls, rolled in cinnamon sugar served with house made whip cream and caramel drizzle), the PORTUGUESE SAUSAGE and the PINEAPPLE MANGO ORANGE JUICE.
As the morning sun caressed the sky, it was such a pleasure to sit on the patio and bask in the glory of the scene before us. Wild cats roamed the roads. The beautiful cloud filled sky was streaked with rainbows.
And the best part? The food was delicious.
It was a vibe that I could definitely get with.
And, the perfect way to start our adventure journey to Waimea Canyon State Park.
