Lunch at Turquoz at Park Hyatt Istanbul offers traditional delicious Turkish fare. Perfect while I waited for my room to be readied.
As my specific room at the Park Hyatt Istanbul – Maçka Palas needed to be readied, I was offered a seat at the hotel’s lobby restaurant Turquoz while I waited.

Because I felt masochistic, I started my lunch with an order of the TURKISH COFFEE.
Because – who needs sleep anyway? Especially, when its delivered like this?
Next up, was ASSORTED BREADS AND OLIVE OIL, along with AVOCADO HUMMUS (Bocconcini, Avocado, Cucumber, Fresh Herbs, Pesto Sauce).

For my main dish, I ordered the DEEP FIRED “BODRUM” MANTI (Minced Meat Manti, Tomato Sauce, Yoghurt, Sumac Yoghurt, Crispy Basil).
It was love at first bite. I love manti – and this was absolutely delicious.
To go with my meal, I savored a glass of the Lamberti 2020 Pinot Grigio delle Venezie.
