Kayaking part of the Upper Newport Bay Nature Reserve was a fun way to spend an afternoon in Newport Beach, California
One fun day, Leanne and I decided to take our kayaks down to Upper Newport Bay Nature Reserve and kayak. This is also the point that I realized that it was time for me to return my inflatable kayak to REI, as it was increasingly not holding air. Which, when you’re kayaking, is not a nice feeling to have.
Overall, it was an easy session of peddling and enjoying my time on the water.
Anytime I can relax on the water and enjoy the sunset – either fishing on a boat off the coast of Mexico or on a kayak in Newport Beach, is a perfect day for me.
