Dinner at Forma Restaurant & Cheese Bar offered a delicious serving of Italian cuisine in Santa Monica, California
Landing in Los Angeles after a weekend of meeting in San Francisco, there was one thing for certain: I was hungry. Luckily, I’d already made plans with Ted for dinner at Forma Restaurant and Cheese Bar in Brentwood.
Walking into Forma, the air was filled with the tantalizing aromas of garlic, basil, and – most importantly – cheese.
Being guided to our seats, we browsed the menu and ordered.
The ARANCINI (rice & cheese balls with peas, touch of tomato sauce) was rich and delicious.
The CHITARRA CACIO E PEPE (home made spaghetti, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil – tossed in Pecorino Romano cheese) was absolutely outstanding.
Overall, it was a lovely dinner. If you go to Forma, bring a friend and have a good time.
It’s delicious.
