Each day of my stay at the Four Seasons Vail, I treated myself to breakfast the Flame Restaurant.
The first morning, I enjoyed the BEEF SHORT RIB HASH SKI-LET (Scrambled Eggs, Pepperjack Cheese, Caramelized Onions & Peppers, Tomato Jam) with my latte.
On my second morning, I enjoyed CORNFLAKE CRUSTED BRIOCHE FRENCH TOAST (Berry Filling, Bourbon Barrel Maple Syrup) with an order of APPLEWOOD SMOKED BACON.
Each time, the food was delicious and the view was priceless.
