Chez Maggy at the Thompson Denver offers a refreshing selection of breakfast items to start the day off right
Before meeting Jessica at Meow Wolf – Convergence Station, I knew that I was not going to make the same mistake of playing with the seriousness of altitude sickness that I had, the day before. So, before our scheduled meeting time, I settled in at a table at Chez Maggy, for breakfast.

To start, I ordered a CAPPUCCINO, which since my last trip to Paris, as been a must on my “we are having a decadent breakfast” to do list.

Immediately, my eyes were drawn to the DUTCH BABY (Fresh Berries, Bee Pollen & Orange Butter) and my stomach was better for it. The dish was absolutely delicious. The orange butter was a revelation of flavor explosion in my mouth. The APPLE SMOKED BACON rounded out my order.
