Dinner at The Bistro at the Cloudveil, Autograph Collection was a chill affair, full of local favorites in Jackson Hole, Wyoming
On my first night at The Cloudveil, Autograph Collection, I knew that I wanted to focus on relaxation and staying around the hotel. So, I made a reservation at the in-house restaurant, The Bistro.
Dinner at the Bistro was uncomplicated and rather good. I started the night off with an order of SIX OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL and a draft pint of TETON AMBER ALE from Grand Teton Brewing.
I continued with an order of SALMON WITH ARUGULA AND CITRUS and a SIDE OF FRIES.
Overall, it was an easy way to settle into the energy of the area and enjoy a solid dinner with easy access to head back to my room afterward.
