Dinner at Gather in Jackson Hole for Food & Drink was a delicious and refreshing spot for local regional cuisine in Jackson Hole, Wyoming
Driving back from Montana after a failed attempt to visit a closed Yellowstone National Park, and traveling the backroads of Idaho, I arrived back to Wyoming a bit tired and rather hungry.
Arriving at Gather for my reservation, I was more than ready for a satisfying dinner.
Ravenously, I ordered the SEARED IDAHO RED TROUT (Parsnip Puree, Summer Squash, Rustic Romesco with Almonds, Arugula, Basil Oil and Gather Micro Greens) with a pint of the OUT OF ORDER PORTER by Wind River Brewing Company.
What I’d wished for during my previous dinner at The Kitchen, I fully received at Gather. The trout was presented and plated well, with accouterments that met my expectations.
It was heartwarming, filling and delicious to come back to after a long day of driving and photography.
