A stop at Opolo Vineyards is a must for quality, delicious wines in a warm and expansive atmosphere in Paso Robles, California

Opolo Winery has always had a soft spot in my heart within the backdrop of the Paso Robles wine country. I remember, my first trip up to Paso Robles, when I stayed at some forgettable hotel, eager to experience and enjoy the area.

For this trip, I enjoyed a glass of red while we shared and devoured CHICKEN PESTO and SAUSAGE AND PEPPERONI  pizzas.

I love it. I mean, sitting in the lovely sun in Paso wine country, enjoying a delicious glass of wine and pizza in a beautiful atmosphere is comforting bliss. But, more than that was the ambiance of the winery.

It was a pleasure to see how much it’s grown over the years, since my first visit.
