Brera Ristorante in Los Angeles' Arts District offers delicious Italian cuisine in a cozy refined space
Wanting to meet up with Johann to close out 2021 in a beautiful way, we made a reservation to meet up at Brera Ristorante in Downtown Los Angeles.
The ZUCCHINI BLOSSOMS (tempura batter, cheese filled, spicy mayo) were delicious.
I think one of my favorite Italian dishes, beyond pizzas and pastas, are squash and zucchini blossoms. I love the cheese oozing out of them and dipping them in marinara sauce.
The DIAVOLINA (san marzano, mozzarella, spicy salame, scallions) was great.
To celebrate truffle season, we ordered the RICOTTA CAPUNSEI (truffle sauce, shaved black truffle).
We completed dinner with dessert.
After such wild year, this was the ending that I needed.
