After a wonderful time at Keystone Mountain, Rosemary and I were ready for lunch. Luckily, one of staff members at the summit gave us some fantastic recommendations for beer and lunch. Once of which, was heading to Outer Range Brewing Co.

While there, we immediately saw the in house food vendor, Bird Craft. Standing in line, I was excited by the possibilities.
After some thought, I ordered the QUARTER BIRD (leg & thigh – jasmine rice, house pickles, fresh herbs) and for sauces, I chose them all:
- FIRE BIRD SAUCE (next level bird sauce)
- BIRD SAUCE (thai chill, fish sauce, lime, sugar)
- SWEET CHILI (honey, sambal, toasted garlic)
- SHARK SRIRACHA (the real deal sriracha)
- SRIRACHA LIME MAYO (kewple mayo, dehydrated lime, sriracha)
- HONEY ROASTED PEANUT (toasted peanut, coconut milk, sambal)
As we sat upstairs at Outer Range Brewing Co, basking in the Colorado Rockies, I remember being astounded at the scene around me.

In a powerful moment, I told Rosemary that I felt my mother would be proud of me. In my grief, I followed my intuition and began exploring the world through travel, interacting with people, and ayuascaha ceremony. Which, transformed into making a choice to start showing my photography and art in a public setting. Which, with working with my friend Hilary, blossomed into Bespoke Art Society where we showcase and platform artists through cultivated market events. And through my conversations and this blog, I’ve helped other travelers live a more interesting and fulfilled life.
When Rosemary said that she thinks my mom would be proud of me, I started tearing up.
I’ve done a lot in my life. And it felt good, after such a fulfilling day, to enjoy a sense of satisfaction and look forward to what was to come.
