Tigerlily is a delightful late night cocktail bar with decadent decor and delicious drinks in Edinburgh, Scotland
After returning from the Beyonce Renaissance World Tour Concert at BT Murrayfield, I still wanted to go out and do something. I stopped by the front desk to see where they would suggest as a solid place to grab a drink and a vibe. After going through some options – including a piano bar (not interested) – one of the front desk agents suggested Tigerlily.
A quick walk later, and I was ordering a PASSIONFRUIT COSMO (Bloom Passionfruit & Vanilla Gin, White Peach, Cranberry, Passionfruit, Pressed Lime) at the front bar.
The decor at Tigerlily was – in a word – stunning. I absolutely loved it. I loved the whole vibe of the environment.
I later ordered a FRENCH MARTINI (Reyka Vodka, Chambord, Pineapple, Raspberry) and struck up a conversation with another concert goer, who lived in the area. But, the music from the back bar’s party scene made it a little challenging to hear. But, we easily became Instagram friends.
That’s one of the things I love about traveling. You can make a new connection when you least expect it, all the way on the other side of the world.
