After a wonderful night in Chinatown, exploring Weera Thai - Chinatown and The Golden Tiki, I woke up at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas in comfort and extremely relaxed. After all, it was the day I see my favorite band from high school - No Doubt - perform at The Sphere. So, I needed a filling breakfast that would keep me solid until my dinner at SUSHISAMBA Las Vegas.
I made my way to the 3rd floor and in to the sweeping space of Zen Kitchen.
Settling in at a table next to the window, I had a clear sweeping view of my temporary corner of Las Vegas.
My server was incredible. My Coffee flowed like a waterfall of “Good Morning”. My cup was never empty and always full of hot morning fuel.
When my breakfast arrived, the chicken and waffles (hand breaded tenders, bacon waffle) knocked it out of the park. This dish was everything – taste and presentation – that I desired. Not to mention – it was delicious.
As I settled into my day, I felt full and satisfied.
