There is something about delicious pizza that just hit’s right. After my Introduction to Improv class at Upright Citizen’s Brigade, I found myself starving. So, I walked across the pathway to LaSorted’s Pizza to browse the offerings. I needed something to eat before heading up to UCB Franklin to watch a few improv teams perform.
I settled on the GOOD BOY SLICE (Tomato sauce, pepperoni, basil, burrata, Mike’s hot honey). It was a short wait while the slice was heated up. But, once my name was called and I got my box, I was excited. Once I opened the box, I knew I made the right choice.
The slice of pizza looked absolutely delicious.
As I absolutely devoured the slice, I was so appreciative of how beautifully my day unfolded – and how sometimes, you find the best of Los Angeles in the most casual of convenient of places after a improv class.
Later, after my Introduction to Stand Up class and before I made the long trek up to Mammoth Lakes to snowboard with Deja, I found myself at LaSorted once again. This time, I ordered the FATHER-IN-LAW SANDWICH (Italian Sando on Focaccia. Mortadella, Coppa, Finocchio, Cotto, Provolone, Red Wine Vinaigrette, Dijonnaise, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Salt, Pepper and Oregano). This saved my sanity on my resulting five hour drive. After all, choosing to drive in Los Angeles rush hour traffic is a choice best made not hangry.
Overall, my experiences at LaSorted’s Silverlake location have consistently been delicious.
