After checking in at AutoCamp Sonoma, I took an hour to unwind beneath the redwoods before heading into Santa Rosa for my dinner reservation at Bird & The Bottle

When I arrived, the space looked cozy, comfortable and cute. But, as I settled in my table and started browsing the menu, I realized just how hungry I was.



When my FRIED CHICKEN THIGH (Hot Honey, Yuzu Mayo) steam bun arrived, I practically demolished it in short order.

The WOOD GRILLED CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF SKIRT STEAK (Trumpet Mushrooms, Confit Garlic, Korean Chili Butter) with my side of EVERYTHING SPICED FRIES (Fire Roasted Onion Dip) gave me the combined desire of protein and taste that I craved.

I left Bird & The Bottle completely satisfied, full, and ready to sink into a peaceful night’s sleep back under the redwoods.
