Hub Coffee Roasters' Riverside location pairs expertly crafted coffee with a beautiful riverside setting

After an unforgettable night sipping craft brews at Piñon Bottle Co. in Reno’s eclectic Midtown district, I woke up with one thing on my mind: coffee. I had plans to head up to South Lake Tahoe later in the day, but I wasn’t ready to hit the road just yet. I needed coffee.

My friend Sonni recommended I check out Hub Coffee Roasters. With a couple of locations around town, I chose the Riverside location, right along the Truckee River. I figured the views would make the experience even better – and I was absolutely right.

From the moment I arrived, I was taken in by the vibe. The space itself is modern yet inviting, with large windows, local art, and a vibe of easygoing activity.

I ordered a CAPPUCCINO made with their house-roasted beans, and it was everything I hoped for – velvety smooth, with just the right balance of espresso bite and creamy milk.

There’s something extra satisfying about drinking great coffee in a beautiful place, and Hub delivered on both fronts.

Coffee in hand, I took a short stroll along the Truckee River riverwalk, enjoying the late morning air.
