Himmel Haus

German cuisine at Himmel Haus gave me a delicious sausage and beer filled dinner in Lake Tahoe, California.

My first visit to Himmel Haus was 2018, I absolutely loved the various sausages and beer. Plus the snow outside made me feel so cozy.

 BAVARIAN PRETZEL (pretzel, served with Haus made three cheese mustard fondue and bacon-onion jam Mini Pretzel)

BELGIAN FRITES (Fresh cut, twice fried potatoes. Served with our Haus made curry ketchup and roasted garlic aioli)

SAUSAGE PLATTER (A Selection of 4 sausages (Bratwurst – seasoned pork, Bockwurst – veal & garlic, Kielbasa – spiced beef and pork, Chicken Apple, served with mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, rotkohl, and Haus made pickles)
