If you find yourself at Delirium Cafe, get out of your comfort zone and blindly order your tasters at the bar. That’s what I did – and I had a grand time, table of one. It was a vibe – with a definite before and after, for sure.
I had an incredible flight of some of the best, most authentic Belgium brews I’ve ever had and loved in my life.

It was an incredible time of relaxing and waiting until the start time for my Historical Walking Tour with Chocolate and Waffle Tastings tour in central Brussels.
Plus, beer at once of my absolute favorite breweries in the world was everything I imagined it would be.
I love it when a great plan accidentally comes together.
