Wild Flour Bread in Freestone, CA, is a popular bakery known for its wood-fired breads and seasonal scones
After spending two hours at Osmosis Day Spa, I was more than ready for something to eat. Luckily, on the way to Osmosis, I notice Wild Flour Bread. It looked cozy with a luscious garden next to it and a small parking lot. So, after finishing up at Osmosis, I made my way down the road to Wild Flour.

After browsing the comforting menu, I chose two scones, the MEYER LEMON BLUEBERRY POPPY SEED SCONE & the savory JALAPEÑO AND CHEDDAR SCONE alongside a SMALL COFFEE.

Sitting outside on the bench, I felt the relaxed energy of the day comfort me.
After a bit, I walked in the luscious and inviting private garden. It was an absolute pleasure to really witness how food is grown, what a biodiverse garden full of pollinators and well ground vegetables actually looks like and how rich the soil is in certain areas of California.

As I finished up my time at Wild Flour Bread, I was deeply appreciative of my friend’s suggestions that led to a magical morning of self care.
