My stay at the Ritz-Carlton, Aruba offered me a temporary reprieve from the madness that was COVID-19 in the United States. It was a place where my dreams of normality were realized.

It was a place where we could cherish and celebrate of life’s most exquisite pleasures: simply being alive and COVID-19 free.

1. I booked this trip through Costco Travel. Yes, your Costco membership can do more for you than just save on groceries. I always compare vacation packages between Costco Travel and AAA Travel.
2. The real beauty of Costco Travel? We were booked and set on a trip to St. Lucia. Five days prior, when I called to upgrade our seats, I was told that all flights to and from St. Lucia were actually cancelled. We literally would have shown up to the airport with no where to go!  The Costco Travel department was able to refund all monies spent and I booked us on an even better trip to Aruba.
