Dinner at Tbiliso - near Baltimore, Maryland - gave me my first tastes of authentic Georgian regional cuisine.
When Amy picked me up from The Bluebird Cocktail Room, I was excited. The last time I saw here was earlier in the year, at Honor Farm Haunted Spirit House in Denver, Colorado.
The space for Tbiliso is rather large, with seating up stairs and downstairs as well. We got a table and ordered a bottle of the Mukuzani Premium Vinobiza 2018, a red wine blend from Georgia.
To share, we ordered the IMERULI KHACHAPU (Cheese Filled Bread).
For dinner, I ordered the PORK SKEWER with side of rice.
One thing I will say is that the photos on the website are not what you experience in the restaurant.
If you know that going in, your dining experience will be great.
