Yes, going back the way I came, back along the eastern slope of Glacier National Park was an option. But, I wanted more. I wanted to see more of what Southern Canada had to offer. It had been so long since I’d been in the visual pleasure of such remote wilderness. And I was determined to savor every bit of it.So, at a comfortable point in the morning, I left Stardust Inn and Chalets to get gas. After getting my morning breakfast from Tim Hortons, I was on my way. Sometimes the best adventures start when plans change. After sleeping in at @onehundredshoreditch and missing breakfast, I wandered to BAO Noodle Shop—and it turned into exactly the reset I needed.From crispy noodle chips to a silky bao bun, and finally a rich bowl of slow-cooked beef cheek noodles, every bite felt like a lesson in slowing down and savoring the moment. Pair that with peanut milk (yes, peanut milk!) and raspberry Yakult tea, and it was the perfect balance of curiosity and comfort.Travel teaches us this: inspiration isn’t just in landmarks, but in the simple act of trying something new and letting yourself be present.#InspiredTravel

Achieving such a long-held dream felt like the culmination of years of desire. As I drove from Alila Napa Valley to Yountville, I felt such a profound sense of accomplishment and joy.Walking over to the brilliantly beautiful blue door, I felt the manifestation of what was once impossible in my mind, become reality.Checking in, I was ushered to my table. The crisp white linen was radiant. The fresh flowers smelled divine. My napkin, in three folds, held the infamous French clothing pen. One of the most beautiful gifts in life is the way a single “hello” can bloom into connection.Meeting Thom at a wine event led to an evening of discovery at @baroolosangeles in DTLA—where I ventured deeper into South Korean cuisine beyond what I thought I knew. From the chef’s bar, every dish felt like an education in flavor, culture, and creativity. 🍴✨We ended the night at @deathandcompany , with cocktails that reminded me that beauty exists not just in what we taste, but in the company, the conversations, and the courage to say yes to new experiences. 🍸Adventure doesn’t always require a plane ticket—it can be found in our own city, when we remain open to connection, curiosity, and the joy of learning through food.#InspiredLiving

Conrad Tulum Maya Rivera is a gorgeous, ocean facing hotel that offers modern architecture with views that merge the sky with the ocean.I arrived at the Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya under a luminous full moon. It was a sign of the transformation to come, in the Women’s Healing Retreat I was participating in, the next day. But, for my one night stay to adjust to the time change and energy of the land, I’m exceptionally happy I chose the Conrad Tulum Maya Rivera.Once check in was complete and with my welcome drink in hand, I was whisked off to Casa 4, via cart.Getting to my room, I was actually pleasantly surprised. The space was beautiful. With a separate water closet and bathroom, expansive bathroom vanity space and a separator between the main bedroom and the bathroom area. Plus, the balcony had a small soaking tub, which overlooked the expansive jungle landscape. Most importantly? The full moon illuminated the Gulf of Mexico in such a bright and brilliant way. It was a MOMENT and an experience.After a late dinner at Kengai, the outdoor soaking tub was exactly what I needed to float the rest of my cares away. As I sat and stared at the horizon, making the water as hot as possible, I started to relax and recover from such a long day of flight and the ride from the airport. The full moon illuminated the trees and the ocean. In the distance, I heard various full moon parties beyond the Conrad.
