The shaved truffles on top of my pasta at Osteria Enoteca San Marco made for an incredible lunch in Venice, Italy
There’s something romantic about shopping for luxury items in Europe. Especially, in Italy. While in Taromina, I’d fallen for a scarf at the Christian Dior resort store. The problem was, I’d ended up choosing between two equally beautiful scarfs. As such, I had a slight “what if” problem.
What if I’d chosen the other print? Would I have loved it more?
Luckily, the Venice location of Christian Dior had the twill version. So, it was the best of both worlds.
While my scarf at Dior was being wrapped up, I asked my sales person for a recommendation for lunch. Immediately, she mentioned Osteria Enoteca San Marco, just a bit up the street.
It was absolutely perfect.
Once seated, we ordered a bottle of the PLANETA WINERY 2021 CHARDONNAY to share. It simply made more sense than getting single glasses.
As a main course for lunch, I ordered the CACIO E PEPE RAVIOLI WITH SHAVED BLACK TRUFFLE.
It was absolutely love at first bite.
