After my experience of snowboarding Mammoth Mountain in a rather intense blizzard with Deja, I was relieved to return back to Outbound Mammoth safely and happily tired. However, one thing echoed in my mind when I got to my room. I was hungry.

Immediately, I went to searching to see what was walkable to the hotel. Because, I needed food and time was of the essence. I noticed that Nik-n-Willie’s seemed close and had high reviews. So, after a quick call to make sure they were still open, I carefully made my way over, slowly walking in the snowstorm.

Everything looked so good. But, I ended up picking the THAI PIE (Olive Oil, Marinated Thai Chicken, Crushed Peanuts, Fresh Cilantro And Green Onions) and a bottle of ROOT BEER.

Both were delicious and exactly what I needed to feel comfortably full.

Overall, my lunch at Nik-n-Willie’s Pizza & Subs was a welcomed delicious comfort in the midst of a rather cold and windy day.
