LondonHouse Chicago, Curio Collection by Hilton provided me with one of the best stays I've ever had within a Hilton brand hotel - in Chicago, Illinois

In planning my trip to Ohio to see the Dave Chappelle & Friends – An Intimate Socially Distanced Affair event in an open field in Yellow Springs, I knew that I wanted to spend a night in Chicago.

After all, it had been much too long since my previous trip. Plus, when in the area – why not?

So, after a quick search, I picked a hotel that looked like the vibe I wanted and hoped for the best

I was not disappointed, at all. In fact, I was very impressed.

Location

Perched powerfully along the shores of the Chicago River, LondonHouse Chicago, Curio Collection by Hilton, emerges in the city’s bustling skyline. When I arrived from the airport, I was instantly taken aback by how much I loved the hotel.

I have to say, I have gotten increasingly better with picking beautiful places to stay.

Plus, it was an extremely easy ride from my hotel to my dinner reservation at Smyth.

Room + Stay

With this, I absolutely loved my room. It was gorgeous.

It felt like a contemporary designed guest room, with luxurious amenities.

Even the bathroom exuded sophistication and style.

The rooftop bar was also jaw dropping, offering sweeping views of the Chicago skyline.

Overall

Overall, my stay at the lovely LondonHouse Chicago, Curio Collection by Hilton was – dare I say it – one of the best I’ve had at a Hilton branded hotel.
