Lobby Bar at One Hundred Shoreditch

Enjoying a light bite and a cocktail at the Lobby Bar in One Hundred Shoreditch hotel can truly start your night off on a high note

Geneva and I met after yoga at Modo Yoga in Echo Park, earlier in the year. She’d given me great recommendations for Istanbul, which had been extremely helpful.  So, when we happened to be in London at the same time, it was natural to meetup before heading to the Chris Rock and Dave Chapelle show at the O2 Arena.

Meeting at Lobby Bar at One Hundred Shoreditch, it was a delight to see someone I’d basically been a close friend of – over text – for over a year.  Settling in at the bar, we ordered the chocolate cake to share and negorni cocktails.

Truly, it’s always lovely to meet up with friends you make along the way in life.

Later, the show at the O2 was incredible. I bought myself floor seats, 10 rows from the stage. Everything was literally perfect.

Ali Wong, Jeff Ross, Dave Chapelle and Chris Rock were A+.

The Will Smith jokes slapped exactly how I expected them to.

Worth it.
