After my first night in Casablanca at Atlas Sky Casa – Casablanca Airport, I was excited to officially begin A 10 Day Moroccan Adventure with Kim Larkin Adventures. Our morning had already been full – a private tour of the breathtaking Hassan II Mosque (A Private Tour of the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, Morocco), followed by walking the streets of Rabat with Abdul of Tour in Rabat (Discovering the Beauty of Rabat – Morocco’s Capital City – with Abdul of Tour in Rabat). By the time we wrapped up, I was more than ready to check in to our first hotel together as a group.

When Kamal pulled the Sprinter up to Flower Town Hotel and Spa, I felt a strong sense of curiosity. I wondered what a hotel in Rabat – Morocco’s capital – would be like. This would also be our first night sharing a group dinner, the moment when everyone would start to reveal their different personalities. But, more than anything, I was looking forward to soaking in the energy of Rabat itself.
Check In
Check in was smooth. Rachid, our tour guide, collected our passports and handled everything with grace. Within about 20 minutes, not only were our rooms ready, but we had also taken a group vote and decided on Casa Jose Tapas for dinner that evening. It felt like the real start of the adventure – settling in, making plans, finding our rhythm as a group.

Room + Stay
I was led to my room first, and the bellman followed soon after with my bags. The standout feature of the room was the full body shower, which I absolutely loved. It was a small luxury after a long day of sightseeing.

My only annoyance was the television. The signal kept dropping, and when the technician came up, he casually informed me that the best solution was simply to watch YouTube. Not ideal, but also not the end of the world for a one night stay.

Breakfast at Flower Town Hotel and Spa was a rather straightforward, internationally inspired buffet.

Overall
Overall, my stay at Flower Town Hotel and Spa was perfectly average. It was comfortable enough for one night, functional, and convenient for our group’s needs. It served its purpose, gave us a starting point in Rabat, and eased us into the next chapter of our Moroccan journey.
