I first learned about Chain through reading a reference to it from another website. Immediately, I texted the reservation number, received a confirmation and waited for further information.
A few weeks later, I received a text message:
Skillet Pizza’s are back! 4 nights only. Special cocktails & other surprises.
I immediately clicked the link to the tickets and with a few clicks, date night was secured.
When we arrived to the location, I was immediately down for the vibes. It felt like memories of childhood chain restaurants, brought to life.
The ARCTIC SURGE (ABSOLUT Citron Vodka, Tangerine, Melon, Lemon, Lime) was the best drink of the night. It was vibrant in color and just delicious. It tasted like the most delicious, alcoholic ICEE I’d ever had. The HAWAIIAN ‘MILK’ PUNCH (Código Tequila, Aperol, POG, Lime, Coconut, Hibiscus) was good. Alongside, the EAST-SIDE SALAD (Beefeater Gin, Lillet Blanc, Cucumber, Arugulo, Lime)
As we chilled outside, we enjoyed the lights bites of BUFFALO CHICKEN bites.
Before long, our buzzers buzzed and our pizzas were quickly brought to us, along with a custom bottle of ranch dressing.
The FRIED PICKLE SUPREME (Description: We’ve taken ranch on pizza to a whole new level with our Brand New World Famous Ranch Ricotta. It’s the perfect creamy counterpart for pickles two ways: fresh & fried in our award winning batter) was delicious.
So was the CHEESEBURGER DREAM (Description: Can’t decide between a burger or pizza? No problem. Enjoy our super-seasoned wagyu beef burger, now in pizza form. Featuring fresh pickles, charred onions, and all-American cheese).
I loved the high quality of the ingredients, the uniqueness of the vibe and the overall fun of the space.
I also enjoyed the ICE CREAM SUNDAE SALAD BAR.
The games were fun. I hadn’t played Paperboy since I was a little kid. It was just pure fun that I greatly appreciated.
The ticket for Chain’s event provided a perfect and enjoyable date night full of great food, fun games and connection.
