The meals at Dar Rihana Dades were some the absolute best meals I had during my travel in Morocco. Well crafted, delicious in flavors and beautiful in presentation, I could distinctively tell that the head chef has a mastered a specific type of European based style for flare.
Dinner
Dinner began with a wonderful asorrntment of enticing delicious lite bites. The four expressions of olives included black olives, tapenade, green olives and olives with harissa spice. Needless to say, my favorite of the four was the expression of spicy green olives.

For starter, we were served Pumpkin Soup.

Next up was a delicious expression of Grilled goat cheese with honey (apple confit, tomato)

The main course was a beautifully plated dish of a modern interpretation of Morocco’s classic Chicken Pastilla (Chicken, mushroom cream).

To finish I absolutely savored the cup of Sorbet (mango, strawberry).

Breakfast
For breakfast the next day, I absolutely loved the Yoghurt, mixed fruit, selection of breads and coffee.

Truly, my time spent at Dar Rihana Dades was memorable, for a few reasons. Namely, because of the delicious meals I enjoyed in the Dades region of Morocco.
