Looking for a place to meet before an upcoming group session, Hilary and I were on the hunt for a coffee shop in Altadena where we could sit, chat, and grab a quick afternoon pick-me-up. When she suggested Unincorporated Coffee Roasters, I was intrigued. It was conveniently close to our next meeting location and had a distinct, artsy look that made it stand out from the usual coffee spots.

Stepping inside, I was immediately struck by the space. The interior was bold and full of personality, filled with vibrant decor, eclectic touches, and plenty of natural light. I was impressed by the vibrant and interesting interior. It just looked – fun.

Especially, Paco the Bird.
I ordered a MACHA LATTE with Lavender Syrup.
It was comforting and delicious – with just the right amount of sweetness that wasn’t overwhelming.
The overall vibe of Unincorporated Coffee Roasters was effortlessly cool. It didn’t try too hard and was just a vibe that I truly appreciated.
Gotta say – I really liked it.
